INSURENT ("we", "our", "us") operates an AI-powered email outreach platform. This policy explains what data we process, why, and the choices you have. By using INSURENT you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

• Account data — when you sign up, we receive your name and email address from your authentication provider.
• Workspace data — the lead lists you import (name, email, username, bio, follower counts, profile links), the AI-generated emails, send history, and reply classifications.
• Gmail connection — with your explicit permission, we connect to Gmail via OAuth solely to send emails on your behalf. We never read the contents of your mailbox beyond send status.
• Usage data — server logs, IP addresses, and audit events used for security and to operate the service.

2. How we use information

• To operate the dashboard, generate personalized emails via our AI provider, and send them through your connected Gmail account.
• To enforce opt-outs and suppression lists across your workspace.
• To keep the service secure and investigate abuse.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your lead data to train third-party models.

3. AI processing

Lead bios and profile information are sent to our AI email-generation provider solely to write the individual outreach emails you request. Emails are generated on demand and are not used for any purpose other than what you asked for.

4. Data retention

We retain workspace data until you delete it. Deleting all leads removes them permanently; suppressed addresses are kept to honor opt-out requests. You may request full deletion of your account by contacting us.

5. Your choices

• You can disconnect Gmail at any time.
• You can delete individual leads or your entire lead list from the dashboard.
• You can request a copy of or deletion of your data.

6. Data security

We use encryption in transit, hashed/session-based authentication, per-user data isolation, and audit logging. While no system is perfectly secure, we follow industry-standard practices to protect your data.

7. Children's privacy

INSURENT is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
