Terms of Service

By creating an account or using INSURENT ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

1. The Service

INSURENT helps users import lead lists, generate personalized outreach emails with AI, and send them through a connected email account the user controls. You are responsible for how you use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk mail, or messages that violate anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM and GDPR) in any jurisdiction.
• Target people who have opted out, requested not to be contacted, or whose data was obtained unlawfully.
• Import or store data you do not have the legal right to process.
• Attempt to access another user's workspace or data, bypass security, or disrupt the Service.

You must provide a truthful business identity when sending outreach and honor opt-out requests promptly. Violating this section may result in suspension of your account.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you import and the emails you generate. We process your data solely to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. AI-generated content

Emails are generated automatically. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving content before sending, and for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate. AI output may occasionally be imperfect — review before you send.

5. Gmail & third-party services

The Service integrates with Google Gmail and third-party AI providers. You are responsible for complying with their respective terms and policies, and for any consequences of using them through the Service.

6. Fees & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with reasonable notice. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Availability & warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery rates, or reply outcomes. Deliverability depends on factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INSURENT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data during a reasonable window; after that, your data may be deleted.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
